Pine frames
Pine is an easy-to-process wood type. Pine frames originate from Europe and North Asia, where the pine tree grows. A pine frame is categorised in durability class 3 or 4. WEBO recommends that you apply a layer of pre-lacquer and coating varnish as early as possible. This is also in line with the principles of WEBO’s Concept II and III.
This wood type is light and sometimes yellowish in colour. It is used to manufacture interior frames, and both interior and exterior windows and doors. Pine frames are listed in the KVT, which means that they are KOMO-certified.
